How preorder work

KasanTea works with small seasonal batches rather than permanent stock. Some teas are available only in limited quantities and may sell out before every preorder can be fulfilled.

Orders are fulfilled in order of purchase: If a tea cannot be secured, the order will be fully refunded.

Reserve during preorder

Choose the teas available during the preorder window and place your order while the batch is open.

Batch is arranged

After the preorder closes, I arrange the selected teas in Japan and confirm final availability.

Fulfilled in order

Orders are prepared in order of purchase. If a tea cannot be secured, you receive a full refund.

Shipped from Japan

Once ready, your order is checked, packed carefully and shipped from Japan to your address.
